What if my
bracelet breaks?
Our expert jewelers conduct a thorough weld inspection and stress test to guarantee the integrity of the weld upon finishing. If your weld is ever compromised, please keep the chain and contact us to schedule a re-welding. While we have maintained a 100% success rate so far, we acknowledge the possibility of issues arising.
Where are
you based?
Our main location is in Deanshanger at our home salon. Nevertheless, we provide our "pop-up" service at various venues across different areas.
Are there any age restrictions?
While growth, development, and lifestyle need to be taken into account, individuals under 16 must be accompanied by a suitable adult who takes on parental responsibilities.
What if I need to remove my Jewellery?
You can be confident that Permanent Jewelry won't pose any problems at airport security. However, during some medical procedures like MRI scans, it may need to be taken off. In such cases, you can easily cut the jump ring (where the jewelry is connected) with sharp scissors or let us remove it for you. We're more than happy to re-weld it at a later date at no cost.
